With her latest book, Fuck Aging, How to Live a Kick-ass Second Half, author Kathleen Sinclair delivers a wake-up call book with an edgy title.

The book focuses on shaking up the retirement and 60+ communities. “Too many retired people think they are obsolete, my mission is to reactivate, connect and build change movements with as many 60+ that I can reach.” says Sinclair. Sinclair, now 77, at 60 earned a Master’s Degree, learned to Taichi while becoming certified to teach. At 63, she joined the Peace Corps and spent two years in Ukraine teaching at a University. Sinclair also lived in Mexico for 3 years and today she still travels from Country to State. She continues to break through barriers in regard to “retirement expectations” finding new ways to spark joy in life, and teaching others how to live their dream life in retirement.

Fuck Aging reveals her heartbreak, struggles and the many successes on her path. The book also includes tons of strategies, ideas and resources. Whether it be for aging parents or anyone over 60, this book is making waves and changing the way people look at life.  As one reader shares, “I have changed my life predictions after reading this book. I want to live to be 120 too!”
